Malone Home Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. With Tom working on site with our crew of skilled carpenters and Becky overseeing daily operations and sales, our company works hard to make sure that nothing is overlooked while building your new home.

We have been in the construction business since 1993 and have built over 50 homes throughout Steuben, Chemung, Livingston, Allegany, Yates and Schuyler counties. Our homes range in size and style, but all are tailored to fit the family within.

At Malone Home Builders, Inc. we work closely with you to create a home that reflects your personal taste. As individual as you are, so are our homes. We offer Panelized construction which provides speed and accuracy in building without the cost of an architect, but enables you to customize your home. Modular construction for the customer who wants the shortest possible build time, but with all the quality and upgrades you desire. One of our Stick-built homes would be the choice for those who would like the complete flexibility of customizing their new home.
