- General Contractor Services – from excavation to completion of your home. This is a requirement if you are using bank financing. We carry both liability and worker’s compensation insurance which is another requirement by Financial Institutions and your local Code Enforcement Office.
- We can handle all your needs from design, house placement, kitchen layout, flooring and trim selection. With our years of building and remodeling experience we have a lot to offer you. We keep up with the current building codes and trends. We also work with a variety of suppliers to provide you with a vast array of product selections.
- Typical build time 4 – 6 months for panelized construction.
2 – 3 months for modular construction Timeframe varies depending on plan specifications and weather delays It is important to also add approximately 6 -8 weeks for construction loan approval and closing, design work and permit process. - We are members of the Better Business Bureau, Fingerlakes Home Builders & Remodelers Association, NAHB & NYSBA.
